We charge a single sales price for all our European customers, regardless of whether they live in the EU or outside the EU. If you live outside the EU, we will deliver your bike VAT-free. Your country's customs will charge you VAT, so the bottom line is the same.

The website shows prices including VAT. If you are based outside the EU and you place your order online, we will refund your country's VAT rate the day after you place your order. If you order by email, we will immediately send you an invoice with the correct amount.

Example: You live in the UK and place an order for €5,000 in our webshop. We will then refund you the 20% UK VAT, which is €833.33. UK Customs will charge this amount when we ship the order to your home address.
