For the United Kingdom and Switzerland, there is no difference compared to the EU. When you order a frame or a bike, you simply pay the price shown online, and we handle the rest. We cover all taxes, and your bike is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If you place a small order (such as spare parts or clothing) from the UK or Switzerland, in certain cases customs may charge you VAT upon delivery. Don't worry, though: In that case, we will have already refunded the VAT amount to you before the goods arrive at your doorstep.

If you live in Norway, we must deliver your bike VAT-free. The website shows prices including VAT, so if you place an order, we will refund the 25% Norwegian VAT the following day. Norwegian customs will charge you VAT upon delivery, so ultimately, you pay the same amount.
